You have the option to return your package within 14 days of receiving the goods. After processing your return (processing time within 7 business days), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. The shipping costs will not be refunded.

You have 14 days from receipt to announce your return. It is not necessary to wait for a response from us. However, the announcement is mandatory to meet any deadlines.) The return should definitely be made with DHL, as the return processing works best with DHL. We recommend choosing insured shipping only. Please note the instructions regarding products that are excluded from exchange. Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with your name and order number in the package.

The customer bears the full cost of the return.

The refund of the money to the buyer should occur within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the return, provided it complies with the online shop's policies.

In case of refusal of acceptance as well as non-collection of your package, DHL will unfortunately return your package to us at your expense. In this case, we are forced to charge you these costs. The costs of 9.95 EUR will be deducted from the return amount during the return processing.
